Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The jta9 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Player" — Any person who has registered on jta9 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account containing the user's own profile, balance, and activity records.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional balance granted in return for a deposit or through a promotion, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — The Know Your Customer process, used to verify identity and age.

In this document, "we", "us", or "jta9" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "your" refers to the user of the platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on jta9, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 or older. Account operation by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create and operate only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, all accounts may be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide complete, accurate, genuine, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If documents are requested for identity verification, they must be submitted within the specified time.

2.4 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

Account Management

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

jta9 carries out identity verification when necessary to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Before processing a withdrawal request or during transactions above a certain amount, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the required documents for verification are provided.

3.2 Account Deactivation

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, though the terms for withdrawing winnings will still apply.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted for depositing money on jta9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

When making a deposit, you must pay from your own account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Delays may occur in some cases due to KYC verification or additional security checks.

Withdrawal funds are generally sent back via the same method used for the deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jta9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players on jta9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in total bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Some games may contribute differently toward meeting the wagering requirement. The specific terms for each promotion will be stated on that promotion's page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, all bonuses and winnings on the relevant account may be cancelled.
• jta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The jta9 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached through active play.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jta9 ensures complete fair play. Our games are powered by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player is given an artificial advantage or disadvantage over others.

6.2 Technical Errors

jta9 reserves the right to void the results of any game affected by a technical error. In the event of a server outage or connection issue, our records are final regarding unsettled bets.

6.3 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are stated in the game lobby. A separate maximum bet limit may apply while an active bonus is in use.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, and any balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Sharing an account or funds with another player.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical loopholes.
• Using third-party automated software or bots.
• Threatening or harassing other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jta9 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of jta9 or its associated content providers.

You are granted limited permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

jta9 will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Service interruption due to internet disconnection or server maintenance.
• Delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Loss resulting from the user leaving their own account details unsecured.
• Service disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

In cases where jta9's direct fault is established, compensation will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction only.

12.2 Termination of Agreement

We may close your account under the following circumstances:

• If you violate these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
